Skywall construction method
Enables a first-floor pilotis, realizing parking spaces and spacious store areas.
The "Skywall Method" realizes the previously thought impossible plan of having a "wall structure with large spaces such as parking lots, stores, and offices on the first floor" by using a pilotis format with an RC frame structure on the first floor. Since wall structures allow for easy processing of formwork and rebar, repurposing the formwork is also relatively easy. By adopting a wall structure on the standard floors, constructability can also be improved.
